*I graduated May 8th, 2010 from Roberts Wesleyan College with a degree in Religion and Philosophy.

*I studied abroad in Costa Rica in the fall semester of my senior year (Fall 2009). I lived with a host family, learned a ton of Spanish, and studied Latin American culture, politics, and history. During this program I also did a study tour of Nicaragua and lived with a host family there, as well as, visit Cuba for another study tour (in order to see the differences in many Latin American countries and learn lessons at each stop).

*I went on a missions trip to Peru in February of 2009 and made many friends there in Lima (on the coast) and Tarma which in the the Andes Mts).

*My family moved to Lakeland, Fl this past summer with my family. I was not happy about this at all, but it didn't end up being the end of the world, even though it really did suck at times.

*Now, I'm in Japan and I will be here for a year. I am teaching English at a college here and I really enjoy it. I am making friends and plowing through the culture shock like a boss, things are looking up.

I will likely be back every now and again to reminisce. I miss all of my diaryland buddies and I hope you are all in good health and enjoying life.
